Presentation: Complaint of headache on and off from 15 days. And visited at Khanna branch of Ch. Muhammad Hussain Natt Trust Eye Hospital for routine eye examination.
Examination & Diagnosis: On examination we find that his Visual Acuity in both eyes was Counting finger, which has improved with pinhole i.e. 6/24p in both eyes and we have also observed horizontal latent nystagmus which become manifest on occluding right eye.
Advice: We advised him best optical correction and his visual acuity with best optical correction was 6/18 with -7.50DS in BE.
Follow Up: After One Month
